Mae Tee and Mae Kham Paan are settling in quite well to life at the Park. Mae Kham Paan seems to be getting a little bit more comfortable spending time with Mae Kham Geao and her new friend Mae Tee, but still doesn't join them when they are grazing out in the back field. Mae Kham Paan prefers to stay by herself.

Both old ladies are steadily putting on weight, especially Mae Tee! As you can see from her "before and after" pictures, she has gained an amazing amount of weight since her arrival.

This indicates that she might be younger than thought, with an obviously much better set of teeth than Mae Kham Paan. Although Mae Kham Paan is physically in better condition, she has a more worn-out set of teeth and hasn't been able to fill out as quickly as the younger (but much more overworked) Mae Tee.

Mae Kham Paan hasn't made any new friends of her own as of yet, but she has been seen in the company of Tong Daeng, who loves to patronize older, childless females. Mae Bua Kham (our resident "robust old lady") is around the same age as Mae Kham Paan, and is often hanging out in the same areas as her. Hopefully there could be a friendship on the horizon for these two old girls.
