Elephant Nature Foundation
Elephant Ambassador

The Elephant Ambassador Program is a program aimed at creating an international network for promoting elephants' rights throughout the world. They will serve as a source of information for the community at large and actively engage with others to spread the voice of the Asian elephant. Additionally, they will be the contact person in their area for people who wish to have more information about Elephant Nature Park and for those who wish to become more involved in informing others in their community about the troubles of the elephants. We will accept only one ambassador per city to fill this position.

Ambassadors help educate others in their community about the plight of the Asian elephantThe ambassador does not need to have a huge amount of time to dedicate to the task, just a deep love for the elephants and the desire to make a difference. They must have volunteered at the Park for at least two weeks. They must be open to contact from anyone and willing to network and speak out for the Asian elephant. They must have a positive attitude and be able to work both independently and with a group to educate others on the plight of the Asian elephant.

While the position does work with Elephant Nature Park, the purpose of this position is not to endorse the Park or fundraise for Elephant Nature Foundation; its sole mission is to spread the word about the dire situation that Asian elephants are currently facing. This means that comparing the Park to other facilities and organizations is not the goal of this program: the focus should be on increasing awareness about the situation and promoting collaboration between people around the world to improve the lives of these beautiful creatures.
